Environmental ratings

Cundall has qualified and experienced assessors for the world’s most widely used rating tools, including BREEAM, LEED and Green Star. We have developed methodologies and tools to manage and simplify the process, from the initial workshop through to obtaining the final certification. These include: 

  • preparing a 'green plan' setting out the steps to achieve the desired rating and to manage the risks (technical and cost) 
  • issuing templates and examples of documentary evidence required to the project team members
  • using a on-line document management system to track and report the status of all documentation prepared for the rating submission.

We take a practical and pragmatic approach to obtaining green building ratings, offering advice on how these can be achieved cost-effectively. We appreciate the limitations, and frustrations, that arise from the use of such tools when designing buildings, and proactively guide the team throughout the journey to achieve the agreed outcomes.
