With a total area of 1000m2, the Hotel Vatra Dornei in Romania is to be built over four floors and incorporate 11 guest suites, bar, kitchen, swimming pool and conference facilities.

Cundall was appointed to provide the design and specifications for all building service elements, public health and ICT & AV services. This included a heat pump, solar panels, under-floor heating, solid wood-fired boiler, lifts, lighting controls and wastewater systems.
