1 Bligh Street set a new benchmark in Australia for sustainable high-rise. The design takes full advantage of the views of the harbour, creating a significant new public space for the city whilst providing a quality work environment.
Careful attention was paid to the sustainable strategies in place for this 28-storey building, which achieved a '6 Star' Green Star Design and As-Built and has a commitment to a '5 Star' NABERS Energy rating.
