  • The proposed mixed-use development comprises the construction of three new buildings. A 10-storey office building and two residential buildings of 15 and 19-storeys. The base of the residential buildings will contain flexible retail uses, as well as rehearsal space for neighbouring cultural groups and bodies, education spaces and offices. Access into the basement for cars is also provided in the form of two car lifts.

Brunel Building

  • Cundall started working with Derwent London on the Brunel Building from as long ago as 2004, in its earliest guise, and obtained planning in 2009. In early 2013, Derwent London entered into an option agreement with the freeholder and head leaseholder of the site, unlocking the development of an office development of approx. 24,000m² NLA of 15-storeys in height, alongside approx 100 apartments, with 15% affordable, contained within a 12-storey new build development.

Dryden Street

  • The building was a former warehouse situated on the corner of Arne Street and Dryden Street, Covent Garden. The project involved refurbishment of the grade II listed building, to provide a commercial D1 unit split over ground floor and basement and four apartments over floors 1-2 plus a penthouse apartment with a rooftop terrace.
