  • 50 Queen Anne’s Gate, now called 102 Petty France, was originally constructed in 1977. The building was refurbished to accommodate 2,400 staff.

Aston University Engineering Academy

  • Aston University Engineering Academy is a new 6,500m² facility in the heart of Birmingham, dedicated to engineering disciplines. Its principle sponsor is Aston University, located a few blocks away. It has strong ties with the university in terms of education delivery, shared facilities, and cutting edge equipment and resources.

Greater Manchester Courts

  • The Greater Manchester Courts project provided two new courthouses, one in Bolton and the other in Salford. The building was to be procured under a developer-led public-private partnership (PPP) initiative on a 25-year lease. The scheme was put on hold in 2011 when the final two bids were being evaluated, following a UK Government spending review.

  • This tired 1960’s city centre retail complex has been transformed into an exciting multi-use building, providing retail, banking and gym facilities within a revitalised building envelope.

  • Mann Island comprises two apartment blocks, providing 376 residences, a 13-storey BREEAM ‘Excellent’ Grade A offices, a new primary sub-station building and a 2-storey basement car park.

  • This luxury residential scheme on a reclaimed beachfront peninsula will feature a tiered island design concept. The project includes 44 exclusive villas, two restaurants, a spa and health club. The scheme is situated close to the iconic Burj Al Arab.

Slingfield Mill Conversion

Kidderminster, United Kingdom

  • Renowned as a centre for carpet manufacturing, this site was rejuvenated with the conversion of the former weaving mill into a new department store and hotel. Cundall was appointed to provide building services, structural and civil engineering for the conversion of the listed building into a Debenhams department store and a hotel.
