240 Regent Street

  • 240 Regent Street was transformed into a stunning mixed-use development in the heart of London’s West End. The building combines quality retail, office and restaurant spaces. It is now a vibrant landmark.

50 Queen Anne’s Gate

  • 50 Queen Anne’s Gate, now called 102 Petty France, was originally constructed in 1977. The building was refurbished to accommodate 2,400 staff.

Antofagasta PLC

  • 2,500m2 fit-out of the 2nd floor of 33 Kings Street for a copper mining company.

Cobalt Data Centres 2 & 3

Newcastle, United Kingdom

  • Cobalt DC2 and DC3 are the first data centres in the UK to achieve a BREEAM 'Outstanding' rating and are developed in line with the end building uses. The buildings complement the first data centre that was completed in August 2010. The Cobalt Data Centre Campus offers over 10,000m2 of data hall space, making it one of the largest carrier neutral wholesale co-location campuses in the North.

Facebook Luleå

Luleå, Sweden

  • Cundall has been awarded the engineering and design contract for the second phase of Facebook’s new European energy efficient data centre campus in Luleå, Sweden, close to the Arctic Circle. The data centre, Facebook’s first outside of the United States, includes the fit-out of two mega data halls (Halls C and D in building 1). Facebook looked at several sites across Europe, and picked Luleå for the availability of cheaper 'green' electricity and its cold climate, which supports abundant 'free cooling'. The move will see Facebook become faster for users across Europe.

Harris Academies

  • This project involved the enhancement of teaching and learning facilities at three existing Harris Academy sites in South London - Peckham, Crystal Palace and Merton. The newly formed Harris Boys Academy in Peckham will replace a former school, which will provide a new building, playground and excellent facilities and equipment.

New Street Square

London, United Kingdom

  • New Street Square consists of four new office buildings of different heights and sizes and a separate facilities management suite, along with a new public square surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The 100,000m2 iconic development is located on New Fetter Lane between Fleet Street and High Holborn in central London, and ranges up to 19-storeys in height.

The London Clinic Cancer Centre

  • The London Clinic is one of the city's oldest and largest independent hospitals. The clinic has operated since 1932, developing an international reputation as one of the UK’s leading independent acute hospitals. The clinic treats approximately 20,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients annually.
