The new 30,000m² manufacturing facility for BAE Systems sees the replacement of the existing First World War facility to provide employees with a modern, safer, highly automated, energy-efficient and flexible place of work.

The Metcash Distribution Centre is a new flagship distribution centre that has achieved 4-Star Design and As Built Green Star rating. At the time of certification, the project was the largest Green Star industrial project to be certified, is the 1st to contain a refrigerated warehouse and received an innovation recognition for the use of a steel fibre reinforced concrete slab. With a lettable area of 80,000m², which currently accounts for over 1% of the total Green star rated area in Australia.

The Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre (PICAC) is an innovative $9m training facility for plumbers and mechanical contractors, and was opened in April 2009. It provides skills based training courses in the design, installation and maintenance of sustainable plumbing and mechanical systems.
