  • Formerly known as BHP House, 140W is a prominent 43-level commercial office building in the Melbourne CBD originally completed circa 1972. Cundall provided their Building Performance Services (BPS) working closely owner Rest Industry Super, building manager JLL and other consultants/contractors to significantly improve the performance of the building.

  • The major reworking of 13,940m² of prime office development in London's West End, including new lifts and mechanical and electrical systems to Cat 'A' standard.

185 Park Street

  • The proposed mixed-use development comprises the construction of three new buildings. A 10-storey office building and two residential buildings of 15 and 19-storeys. The base of the residential buildings will contain flexible retail uses, as well as rehearsal space for neighbouring cultural groups and bodies, education spaces and offices. Access into the basement for cars is also provided in the form of two car lifts.
