As the potential new venue for the Dubai film festival, entertainment is at the heart of this project. The lively mix of theatre, cinemas, restaurants and bars sits in an urban canyon that brings people in from the street. The experience is enhanced by the enclosed oasis, which is completely removed from the context of the surrounding developments.

The Ottoman Palace includes 38 villas and a five-star luxury hotel. The private villas will be built around one of the largest resident pools in Dubai. The five-star hotel is a 9-storey, 420-bedroom resort hotel which boasts the world’s largest Turkish bath. The complex has a total gross floor area (GFA) of 120,000m².

This luxury residential scheme on a reclaimed beachfront peninsula will feature a tiered island design concept. The project includes 44 exclusive villas, two restaurants, a spa and health club. The scheme is situated close to the iconic Burj Al Arab.

Tiara United Towers is a development of two 46-storey towers with the structural height of 193m, housing 50,500m² of office space and a 5-star 370 room hotel. The podium of the building will extend over 6 storeys and provide retail and public areas. Cundall was appointed on this project to provide building services, environmental design and LEED consultancy.
