240 Regent Street

  • 240 Regent Street was transformed into a stunning mixed-use development in the heart of London’s West End. The building combines quality retail, office and restaurant spaces. It is now a vibrant landmark.

Ravenswood School for Girls

Sydney, Australia

  • Cundall provided Ravenswood School for Girls with expert sustainability advice over a number of years. Our contribution - in carrying out an ESD audit of the existing school site, and in recommending ways of improving the efficiency of the school - meant that Cundall was appointed as ESD consultant for the new $20m Madel Fidler Building.

Redhill Data Centre Unit 3

Surrey, United Kingdom

  • The fit out of this data centre was essentially based on the digital modular POD design (design engineering guides). The hall sizes vary to delivery between 720kW to 2160kW. Facility is designed around LV generation, static UPS and standard chillers (although later halls upgraded to free-cooling chillers) and CHW CRAC units.

Reed Print

Newcastle, United Kingdom

  • Cundall was appointed to provide multi-disciplinary engineering design consultancy for the construction of a new industrial print works and warehousing facility for Reed Print.

Regulation and Supervision Bureau (RSB) Office

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

  • Cundall provided design supervision services for the fit out of Regulation and Supervision Bureau (RSB) new offices. Located in the Al Sila Tower, the new offices now accommodate their 66 staff whilst providing additional meeting rooms and enhanced security.

River Quarter II

Sunderland, United Kingdom

  • The River Quarter II is an 11-storey, mixed-use building, forming part of the Sunderland city regeneration scheme. The ground and first floors comprise a large bowling emporium and a café/bar. The remaining upper floors include 53 private residential apartments, arranged around a central landscaped courtyard. Cundall was appointed to provide fire engineering services on the project to ensure that legislation was satisfied in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Riverside Housing Development

Gateshead, United Kingdom

  • The Stella South residential development, now known as Riverside, is a 14Ha housing development. Upon completion, the development will provide 522 residential units as well as considerable areas of public open space and a riverside walkway. Homes that range from 2-bedroom apartments to 5-bedroom detached properties, giving variety to the completed development.

Riverside Park

Sunderland, United Kingdom

  • Riverside Park is the redevelopment of a 37-hectare brownfield site on the south bank of the River Wear. The scheme is set to provide 1,200 residential units, a 10,000m² retail centre, a hospice and a junior school, with associated infrastructure including a riverside walk and extensive parkland.

Roebuck House

London, United Kingdom

  • Cundall was appointed to undertake the building services engineering for the major refurbishment of this landmark 1960s residential tower block. This involved increasing the number of the apartments by adding in a new ground and mezzanine level, with the upper storeys and the main plant having to be refurbished or replaced.
