This major redevelopment of Durham University is a new flagship sustainable building providing a gateway to the University’s Stockton Road Campus. It provides the University with a state-of-the-art student services facility, new accommodation to the Law School, a catering facility, and a 2,500m² extension to the Main Library Building.

Newbury in Berkshire was transformed with a new vibrant ‘streetscape’ retail-led mixed-use town centre scheme. The town together with residents and shoppers in its’ catchment from a major new development of retail stores, supplemented by nearly 200 residential units, delivering part of West Berks District Council's UDP '2025 – A Vision for Newbury'.

The £60 million investment into one of the UK’s largest post-war social housing schemes will allow the regeneration of the Pennywell estate in Sunderland. The development is to be completed in a number of phases to provide more than 600 new homes of more than 20 different property sizes and types.

In March 2010, Cundall, Avanti Architects and Kennedy FitzGerald Architects handed over a new health and care centre in Portadown, Northern Ireland. The building is located on the edge of the town centre, is easily accessible by foot, bus or car, and overlooks the popular landscaped walks along the adjacent River Bahn.

Cundall provided building services for the refurbishment of this heritage-listed former power station on the banks of the Brisbane River. Our building services team maintained the industrial sensibility of this cultural icon, and achieved the desired outcomes for the client.
