Mann Island comprises two apartment blocks, providing 376 residences, a 13-storey BREEAM ‘Excellent’ Grade A offices, a new primary sub-station building and a 2-storey basement car park.

The Mary Seacole Building takes pride as the ‘Eastern Gateway’ to the Uxbridge Campus of Brunel University. The occupants are students and trainees to the healthcare profession, relocated from their old facility at the Osterley Campus. The building provides Brunel University with a facility that delivers lower energy usage than other buildings at the campus.

The Metcash Distribution Centre is a new flagship distribution centre that has achieved 4-Star Design and As Built Green Star rating. At the time of certification, the project was the largest Green Star industrial project to be certified, is the 1st to contain a refrigerated warehouse and received an innovation recognition for the use of a steel fibre reinforced concrete slab. With a lettable area of 80,000m², which currently accounts for over 1% of the total Green star rated area in Australia.

Cundall provided M&E and process engineering services for Motorola’s mobile phone manufacturing plant, creating the interior environment for Phase 1. Cundall was also responsible for the fast-track construction of Phases 2 and 3 to provide an additional 25,000m² of flexible production and office space, supported by a high bay distribution warehouse.
