Latham & Watkins Fit-out

London, United Kingdom

  • Latham & Watkins occupy 12 floors within the 24-storey tower at 99 Bishopsgate. The expansion of the business resulted in a number of new floors being occupied by Latham & Watkins with the phase 1 works covering the fit out of five floors. This includes the high spec conference facilities and client liaison areas on the ground floor.

Lee Valley White Water Centre

Hertfordshire, United Kingdom

  • This award-winning artificial white water canoe course is a major multi-disciplinary engineering project. The centre hosted the Canoe Slalom competition during the London 2012 Summer Olympics. The site accommodated some 12,000 spectators in the temporary stands. The Lee Valley White Water centre was designed with sustainability in mind and is expected to become a major leisure attraction in Hertfordshire.

Lifestyle Working

Sydney, Australia

  • The Lifestyle Working offices in Brookvale, Sydney, raised the sustainability benchmark for strata offices in Australia. Cundall provided sustainable strategies, which enabled the creation of both a healthy and sustainable environment. It is targeting a '5 Star' NABERS Energy certification - the first strata building in the country to do so.

Lingfield Park redevelopment

Surrey, United Kingdom

  • The Lingfield Park redevelopment involved the regeneration of the operational core of the racecourse. The outmoded buildings were replaced with an integrated leisure building, incorporating a 120-bedroom four star Marriott hotel, replacement viewing terraces and boxes, a golf clubhouse, and a leisure club.

Luton Academies

Luton, United Kingdom

  • Completed in 2011, Barnfield West Academy and Barnfield South Academy are new flagship institutions that are part of Luton’s BSF programme. The academies were designed to accommodate 1250 pupils and 200 staff and have achieved an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) ratings of 'A'.
