John F Kennedy School

Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom

  • The John F Kennedy School is one of the largest Catholic schools in Hertfordshire. Cundall was appointed to provide building services and sustainable design for the school’s sports and teaching block, which consists of state-of-the art badminton facilities, a music suite with recording studios, art classrooms and display areas, a drama room, dance studios and a library.

Jumeirah Port Soller Spa Resort

Mallorca, Spain

  • This 5-star hotel and spa resort is located in a dramatic hill-top setting, adjacent to the sea in the Port of Soller, Mallorca, Spain. The building will be run by Jumeirah, the world-known Middle East hotel operators. Cundall has provided consultancy services for the LEED certification of the project and the construction process obtaining LEED 'Gold' score.

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • The Ottoman Palace includes 38 villas and a five-star luxury hotel. The private villas will be built around one of the largest resident pools in Dubai. The five-star hotel is a 9-storey, 420-bedroom resort hotel which boasts the world’s largest Turkish bath. The complex has a total gross floor area (GFA) of 120,000m2.

Jurong Data Centre

Jurong, Singapore

  • The project initially comprised a due diligence study of base-build engineering services for a high resilience shell data centre building. Cundall is currently engaged to provide strategic advice to the client on-site during the fit-out process and to provide additional plant to the building infrastructure to match projected load growth.
