Cundall provides Building Services design to the home of the late 15th Duke of Hamilton. The Grade 1 listed Archerfield Estate in East Lothian is to be opened by March 2013.
The project will include the demolition of the derelict grain dryer building and the new visitor attraction will be built within the previously used B-listed walled garden. The new visitor attraction will include a microbrewery, a farm delicatessen, event facilities, a production kitchen for local food products and a café. Renewable energy will be provided as part of the works consisting of biomass boiler and photovoltaic and heat reclaimed from the brewing process.
