Peter has been with Cundall since 1986 and became a Building Services Partner in 1996. He specialises in the workplace sector, and is involved in all aspects of office developments for funders, portfolio owners, end users and corporates.

Peter brings his wealth of experience of representing both developers and tenants to projects, combining best value for investors with the optimum environment for building occupiers. His understanding of the needs of tenants and developers alike assists in getting the most appropriate solution in minimum timescale. He is involved in the early stages of projects, reviewing building proposals and carrying out high level due diligence exercise. His main area of expertise is in environmental design, using natural light and natural ventilation wherever possible to create low-energy buildings that are economical to maintain, yet provide the optimum environment and are attractive to tenants.

When not working, Peter enjoys playing golf, football, tennis and squash, and is a keen skier, now trying to keep up with his daughters!

Brunel Building

Cundall started working with Derwent London at Brunel Building from 2004, in its earliest guise. In early 2013, Derwent London entered into an option agreement with the freeholder and head leaseholder of the site, unlocking the development of approx. 240,000ft2 of commercial office space, in addition to a residential block, being developed in agreement with the head leaseholder.
