Keith specialises in environmental design and is Cundall's education sector leader. He joined Cundall in 1984, bringing his project management background gained during his time with an engineering contractor based in the north-east of England. He is responsible for the Newcastle office’s building services discipline as well as the practice’s education sector.
He brings over 20 years’ experience to these two areas, producing carefully integrated environmental designs for buildings, which ensure they perform at their optimum without having to rely on mechanical and electrical services. Keith is an expert in using natural ventilation and daylight to substantially reduce a building’s operating and life-cycle costs – a huge advantage for clients in today’s ‘green’ society.
When not working, Keith likes to keep fit by working out at the gym, playing squash and cycling.
