As Cundall's government sector leader Adrian is particularly interested in developing sustainable engineering solutions that deliver functionality at less whole life cost and contribute to the UK's carbon reduction commitment.
He aims to encourage a team spirit at all levels, and says that being able to look back on projects and see that they have stood the test of time is one of the perks of the job. The British Airways Waterside is one of many projects which was the result of a great team effort.
Adrian has been fortunate to work with a number of inspirational clients and designers on a variety of major projects, where team members share a passion for design and sustainable solutions. He is passionate about continual improvement and the organic growth of Cundall as a practice.
